What changed

Changes to cards' annual fees, APRs and welcome offers, newest first. A change is listed once both the old and the new value held for 3 days, so a misreading never shows up as a change.

No confirmed changes yet. We started tracking cards in September 2026, and a change needs 3 settled days on each side before we list it.
