Who can open it

Membership

Open to anyone who qualifies through one of these:

• Employees and retirees of any Commonwealth of Virginia state agency or department, or any county, city, town, or other political subdivision in Virginia.
• Individuals who live, work, worship, volunteer, or attend school within the boundaries of the listed Virginia cities, towns, and counties.
• Employees, retirees, or full-time/part-time students currently enrolled at any Virginia state-funded college or university, Virginia Union University, Randolph-Macon College, Liberty University, or the University of Richmond.
• Immediate family and household members, regardless of where they live, including parents, spouses, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren.
